Here you can view my progress in this years World Series which is, once again, held in the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Feel free to leave messages of encouragement and ones of advice if you feel I have played like an idiot. I can take criticism.

Thanks to all the guys and Gals in the Mint casino on Abbey Road in Torquay and for all the practice you have given me over the past 12 months. I would be extremely keen to hear from you guys as I know we all have the same interest at heart – Winning!

Here is just a quick mention for all the Torquay crew. A big thank you to Nick the card-room Manager, his colleagues Andy, Alex, Vlad, Matthew and Dennis the Floor Manager. Not forgetting Tony – The Doorman and the great waitresses who have to put up with all us scum-bags.

By the way, if any of you are over in Vegas at the same time, it would be great to hook up, have a beer and share our stories.

More importantly, I promised to give all the players a mention. Baz, Mel, Phil the Cat, Harry and Jason, Charlie, Alex Christian, Cav, Raising Razor Ray, Sean the mad Irishman, Hass, Jackie, Tashin, Pete Griffiths, Betfair Dave, Des, Tracy, ‘All in Vin’ and his dad Al, Lucy, Mike and Fred Cummings + Mike Jr., Markie, Jez, Chris, Adrian, Nicola, Elaine, Alan and Shari, Dan, Shane, Sean, Di, Richard the Dealer, Vic and Su Li, Nutty Joe – the Crazy Scot and his lovely wife Agnes, Bob and Tracy, Adrian, Paul and Jane.

Ron you will be glad to know you havent been missed much although we did have a right pair turn up this week with less poker etiquette than you! It was truly awful all the irritations and poker crimes commited in first hour final straw was playing cowboy round up when the whole deck was dropped all over the floor!!!! I capitalised having watched someone call all the way to the river and win with jack two! Not pleasant but I bided my time and took all the novice chips. On a serious note it did piss some off not good poker so Ron all your cock ups are forgiven they made you look really good!

You see some of the pros and the crap they play. Its a wonder some are still in. Eastgate raised and raised with pocket 5’s and had some luck with a 5 on the river.
Heltmuith keeps pulling in a few pots with big raises on the blind but he is currently behind Andrew on chip average by quite a lot.
Average chips after 5 days is 70,000 and Adrew has 140,00. Highest so far is about 400,000.
Kathy and I are having a great time but most of my time is at the Rio watching . I have played a few satalites not done too bad.
Look forward to seeing you all soon tried ti ring Dave but no good.
